The Grateful Dead have built a community of loyal listeners and devoted fans, and we see that as a huge triumph as we hold “community” in high esteem at Color Collab

There are several large changes on the horizon including social login (Facebook, Google, Apple) so stay tuned for more updates! 

The past few releases revolved around backend updates, slight UI/UX changes, boring SDK updates and future-state preparation to provide our collabers an improved experience for the long term, so below, we’ve condensed these notes.

As we wrap on our most recent competition, we want to thank those of you that participated and followed us through this process. From choosing the linework, to extending the competition to allow for more amazing submissions, to running our first live stream with Chris Nunez, Chris Garver & Tobias Sherman, the team was able to glean massive insights that will be applied to future competitions

Another staple of Color Collab is social sharing, which gives you, our collabers, the ability to share their finished collabs directly to major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, to name a few. With that said, we’ve decided to combine the two features to offer Color Collab’s first Social Competition. 

Foundry IV, a game development studio, today announced their initial expedition into the gaming market with the release of their first product, Color Collab

This week, we’ve continued to add polish and bug fixes as we drive towards our greater launch(so excite! 😃).

All in all, we’ve pushed more than 75 changes in the past 2 releases and can’t wait for you to test them out.

This week’s release leans more toward “house cleaning” than anything else. We've included a few bug fixes, some UX updates and a couple cool new features so that users have an improved sharing experience.

This week’s release sheds light on user feedback, ‘expected behavior’ changes as well as small UI improvements. Other updates help us prepare for some major changes down the road.
